Our Food Garden
Our Food Garden
More than 20 different types of herbs and vegetables were planted, harvested, and consumed by our elders and staff from PSA Singapore this morning at St Luke’s ElderCare Ayer Rajah Centre.
As part of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by @singaporepsa, staff members from the Singapore Portworkers Union (SPWU), Port Officers’ Union (POU), and Health, Safety, Security, Environment (HSSE) South East Asia (SEA) Division engaged our elders as they set up a community food garden at St Luke’s ElderCare Ayer Rajah Centre in early May.
Today, our elders and staff from PSA Singapore were delighted to harvest and consume the fruits of their labour that started more than 3 weeks ago.
We are thankful for the support and joy that PSA Singapore has brought to our elders and we look forward to many exciting activities ahead!
