14ᵗʰ Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2026
We were a finalist in three categories: Operator (Active Ageing) for our LIFT-ing Lives framework, Operator (Residential Aged Care) for our Where Joy, Dignity and Comfort Feel Familiar framework and Operational Efficiency and ICT (Productivity) for Aura Care (Asset Uptime & Reliability for Aged Care).
13ᵗʰ Asia Pacific Eldercare Innovation Awards 2025
We were a finalist in the Operational Efficiency and ICT (Operational Management Solution) category and recognised for our St Luke’s ElderCare Community App Suite (LUCAS). It allows users to conveniently access SLEC’s community care services and partnership opportunities.
Community Care Excellence Team Award 2024
An SLEC team bagged this award presented by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), for its outstanding work in reducing lead time between referral and the first home rehabilitation visit.
Charity Transparency Award 2024
This award by the Charity Council is testament to our efforts to be accountable to the public in our stewardship of resources and our transparency in our disclosures.
Recognition for Our People
Human Resources Online Employee Experience Awards 2026
We received the Silver Award for Best Employee Advocacy Programme and were also finalists in the Best Learning and Development Programme and Most Inspiring Leader categories. This peer-reviewed award recognises organisations in the region that empower employees to become authentic advocates for their organisation’s mission.
Singapore Health Quality Service Awards 2026
For the ninth consecutive year, 137 of our colleagues were recognised with 9 Star, 30 Gold and 98 Silver awards.

Community Care Manpower Development and Excellence Awards 2025
27 staff were honoured, including Adj A/Prof (Dr) Kenny Tan, CEO of SLEC, first recipient of the inaugural Platinum Leadership Award.
Singapore Health Quality Service Awards 2025
137 staff (15 Star, 46 Gold, 76 Silver awardees) were recognised for delivering quality care and excellent service.
Community Care Manpower Development Award 2024
Ms Susie Goh, our Director of Nursing Services, received this award which celebrates the achievements of individuals dedicated to the community care sector and provides them with opportunities for growth.
18ᵗʰ Tan Chin Tuan Nursing Award for Enrolled Nurses 2024
Seno Ruby Ann Ferraren, our Senior Enrolled Nurse, was one of just 12 people to win this award, the highest accolade for Enrolled Nurses in Singapore.
Healthcare Humanity Awards 2024
Senior Community Care Associate Michael Chan and Senior Physiotherapist Ma Cecilia Macayaon Llego were honoured for being inspirational role models.
