Preceptorship Programme

Course Overview

This course is designed to equip CCMs with the skills and knowledge to effectively induct and mentor new care staff, and guide healthcare students. Participants will also gain the confidence and expertise to apply the On-the-Job Training (OJT) framework for training and assessing core competencies within their teams.
