Welcome to St Luke’s ElderCare Residence @ Ang Mo Kio. To facilitate your visit, kindly schedule an appointment through the links below.

Visitation Booking

  • As the primary caregiver, kindly register the list of visitors before proceeding with appointment booking. For detailed instructions, please click here.
  • Booking is available for 1-hour slots, with a window of 24 hours to 1 month in advance.
  • Up to 4 concurrent visitors are permitted per elder per slot. (Visitor area – Up to 4 visitors allowed each time for 1 hour. Bedside – Up to 2 visitors allowed each time for 1 hour).
  • Each visitor is limited to one booking per day for an elder.
  • Masks are still required in indoor areas of the Residence where elders are present. It is preferable to wear either a surgical mask or a reusable mask with a minimum bacterial filtration efficiency of 95%.
  • Please do not visit when you feel unwell or have ARI symptoms (sore throat, cough, runny nose).
  • Please note that our visiting hours is from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm (last appointment at 7.00 pm).

Outing Booking

  • Prior to outing bookings, please contact our Corporate Phone for visitor registration in advance.
  • For instructions on initial login and outing booking, please click here.
  • Outing slots can be booked between 3 days and 1 month in advance.
  • Elders are allowed only one outing booking per day.
