Experiencing login errors? Here's what you can do:

Ensure that your contact information is up to date in our SLEC systems.

If you’ve recently changed your mobile contact details, please inform our centre administrator about the update. Try logging in again after 24 hours following the update.

Still can’t login?

Please email support_lucas@slec.org.sg with the following information for us to further investigate:

  • Phone Model
  • Operating System (OS) Version
  • App version
  • Were you prompted to update the app?
  • Any error message received? Screenshot?

Encountered an error while logging in? Here's what to do:

You might experience an error if the servers are restarting during maintenance. Please wait and try again later.

If the error persists after 30 minutes, email support_lucas@slec.org.sg for further assistance. Attaching a screenshot of the error will be helpful.

Can I download the APP if my Apple and Android App Store country setting is set to Malaysia?

No, the Lucas App is only available in the Singapore App Store for both Apple and Android devices.

How do I edit my profile information

Your profile information is stored in our client information system. If you have updated any of your profile details, please inform the centre administration so they can update your latest information.
