What are some of the services and programmes available?

Active Ageing Programmes

We engage seniors in a variety of activities, including games, exercise, crafts, hobbies, health talks and outings, to help them stay active.
Befriending and Buddying

We offer social support to seniors through outreach and regular home visits.
Care Services

We provide information on care and support for seniors and connect them to relevant services.
