Fundraise For Us

As a voluntary welfare organization, St Luke’s ElderCare receives partial funding from the government. We thus rely on donations to continue providing services to our elders.

By setting up a fundraising campaign, you can help us to raise more funds and awareness.

Here are some ideas on how you can fundraise for us:
1. Birthday Blessings: Instead of receiving presents or angbaos, ask your family and friends to make a donation on your birthday through your fundraising campaign.
2. Challenge Yourself: Run a marathon, cycle cross-country, climb a mountain – Do something you have never done before and ask your family and friends to show their support by making a donation through your fundraising campaign.
3. Just Because!: You don’t always need a reason to raise funds. Simply share your story on why you would like to support St Luke’s ElderCare.

How to get started

1. Visit www.giving.sg/slec.

*NVPC will be waiving its 3% transaction fees for all donations made through giving.sg from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2021. St Luke’s ElderCare will receive 100% of donations received through giving.sg.

2. Click “Fundraise Now”

3. Ensure your fundraising campaign page is set to
“I’m fundraising for St Luke’s ElderCare Ltd“.

4. Set a fundraising goal that you can manage.

5. Tell your family and friends why you are raising funds for St Luke’s ElderCare.

6. Set a date to end your campaign. Most online campaigns last 1-2 months.

7. Submit your campaign and you’re ready to go! Please give us 24 hours to vet your campaign before it goes public.

8. SHARE your campaign URL with your family and friends. You can also share via Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Email and WhatsApp.

9. THANK your family and friends who have supported you. And, we thank you for your support too!
