What is #FoodWithLove campaign about?

St Luke’s ElderCare is collaborating with 20 F&B partners to raise $200,000 for the elders in our care.
For a donation of $100, you will receive 10 x $10 vouchers.
For a donation of $200, you will receive 20 x $10 vouchers.

Who will I help if I donate this $100?

St Luke’s ElderCare needs to raise $4 million to sustain our eldercare services.

Your donation will enrich the lives of 5,000 elders who receive our care through 23 senior care centres islandwide, a nursing home and home-care services.

Am I entitled to tax deductions?

Your donations through #FoodWithLove campaign is not entitled to tax deductions as you will be receiving vouchers in return.

If you wish to receive tax deduction without receiving the vouchers, please make a general donation at https://www.slec.org.sg/giving/.

How will I receive the vouchers?

Vouchers will be mailed to the address you have provided within 3 weeks of your purchase.

What is the difference between Bundle A and Bundle B?

Both bundles each have 10 vouchers from 10 different F&B partners. We have separated them to allow you to experience a range of different cuisines.

Can I buy in bulk?

If you would like to purchase more than 10 bundles of vouchers, please fill in this form.

Can I buy the vouchers as gifts for my friends?

Yes, you may purchase up to 10 bundles of vouchers ($1,000) on the website. You may also choose to mail them directly to your friends by entering their addresses.

How do I use these vouchers?

Vouchers can only be used after phase 2 of post-Circuit Breaker when dine-in is back in service. A minimum spending of $30 at the F&B establishment is required.

Please present physical voucher to restaurant staff to redeem voucher. Please note that photocopied or digital voucher will not be accepted.

How long is the voucher valid for?

Voucher is valid from after phase 2 of post-Circuit Breaker to 31 July 2021.

What is the refund policy of the vouchers?

As the vouchers are sponsored by our F&B partners in exchange for donations to St Luke’s ElderCare, the vouchers are non-refundable.

Can I use more than one voucher?

Voucher is limited to one per transaction and cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotion, offers and discounts.

What happens if one of the F&B establishments close down?

It is unfortunate if any of our F&B partners’ establishment have to close down. St Luke’s ElderCare Ltd and all our F&B partners are not liable for any closure of our partners’ F&B establishments.

However, we will try our best to keep you informed by email to ensure you have ample time to visit the F&B establishment before its closure.
