Our Active Ageing Centres (AACs) are drop-in social recreational centres located islandwide, offering a range of services for active agers living within the community to lead healthier and fulfilling lives.
We provide opportunities for active agers to build strong social connections, participate in recreational activities, access community health services, and contribute to the community.
Who is this catered for?
Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents aged 60 years old and above living within the vicinity of the centre.
What are some of the services and programmes available?

Active Ageing Programmes
We plan and organise a variety of activities to engage our active agers. This includes exercises, craft and hobbies, health and wellness talks.

Befriending and Buddying
We lend support and extend care and connection to vulnerable active agers, so as to improve their emotional well-being, and prevent social isolation.

Access to Care Services
We are able to provide up-to-date information on schemes, grants and support available, as well as raise referrals for required healthcare services.
